Covid Update – Nov 2020 We remain OPEN during lockdown

Nov 3, 2020

We will remain OPEN for face to face treatment during November lockdown

Just a quick update to let you know that we will remain OPEN throughout lockdown in accordance with UK government guidelines that state that Physiotherapy is included in essential healthcare.

We have Covid secure measures in place within our Stansted Park, near Rowlands Castle physiotherapy clinic and our Horndean clinic too. This includes PPE, hand sanitiser, full covid screening, wiping down in between patients.

If you have appointments booked then please attend as normal.

If you want to change to your appointment to a physio online appointment then please contact us – or call 07835 712306.

Our patients feedback has been excellent regarding our Covid secure clinics:

‘It felt very covid safe, as they are following all the right protocols.’

‘Working restrictions around COVID have been implemented very well and in a professional manner, as with all other aspects of my interaction with the Practice’

We will also continue to offer physio online video sessions if you would prefer to be treated from the comfort of your own home. We have had some great feedback about our physio video service. If you want any more information about this, please contact us.

Testimonials on Video Consultations

‘Physio-logical has been highly professional and reassuring throughout, even in the pandemic when we had to resort to video consultation. Our daughters condition is now fully under control thanks to the care shown’

‘I booked a video consult with Natalie after feeling pain in my shoulder after exercising. I wanted to check I hadn’t done any serious damage and to get advise on the best stretches and exercises to do. Having seeing Natalie in person for a different issue over a year ago, I was delighted that the same high quality of assessment and advise worked via video as it did in person. Would highly recommend.’

If you, or a family member, colleague or friend have back, neck, knee, shoulder or hip pain then we can help you.

I hope you have found this update helpful, if you have any suggestions or questions we would love to hear from you.

Take care,

Natalie and the Physio-logical Team
