Teaching Trainee Doctors – Physiotherapy Online Assessments

Oct 15, 2020

I was pleased to be asked to talk to the trainee doctors about physiotherapy online assessments.

When lockdown came in Physio-logical adapted and offered physiotherapy online assessments. physiotherapy online assessments. We are still assessing and treating some patients online but the majority are opting to come into our covide secure clinics at Stansted Park, Rowlands Castle and Horndean for face to face appointments now.

It was nice to receive a letter of thanks from the GP Centre for Primary Care Education

During the zoom session we discussed how GP’s are currently assessing patients with back, neck, knee, shoulder and hip pains.

Some are offering video consultations but the majority are still only able to offer telephone consultations.

If you are stuggling with back, neck, knee, shoulder and hip pains or are not sure what exercises to do following hip or knee replacement surgery then we are happy to help you.
