Physiotherapist – Josie Blagbrough

We’re excited to announce Josie will be joining the Physio-logical team from Monday 11th March 2024.

Josie qualified with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2021 and also has a degree in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Leeds. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and has a qualification in sports massage.

She has a range of experience working across a variety of different specialities during her role as a rotational physiotherapist within the NHS. Following this, she realised her true passion was musculoskeletal physiotherapy and treating patients with sporting injuries to help them return to full function.

She prides herself on keeping up to date with clinical developments so that her assessment and treatment methods are evidence-based. Her focus is to take a holistic approach to the client’s condition and fully support them throughout the rehabilitation journey to achieve their personal goals.

In her spare time, Josie enjoys spending time at the beach, running, countryside walks, paddle boarding, drinking coffee and trying different restaurants in the local area.

Appointments to see Josie at our Stansted Park clinic can be made via our website or give us a call!

Welcome to the Physio-logical team!
