Receptionist / Administrator – Becky Cole

We are very excited to announce the newest member of the Physio-logical family – Receptionist and Administrator, Becky Cole.

Becky joins us as our new receptionist as part of our Patient Services Team. She has been trained to answer customer calls since the age of 5, when she started racing her business owner father to answer the phone to his customers!  She has worked in various admin and customer service roles over the last 30 years, most recently for an online reviews company, running video training calls with new customers.

Becky is a mum to 3 adult children and has already felt part of the heath service by proxy, being married to a male nurse for 28 years and with her son a student nurse.

She plays violin and piano, and has enjoyed playing in orchestras and small groups, and was lucky to have the opportunity to play a concert at Disney Land, California as part of a summer tour with the Hampshire Youth Orchestra.

With her new found spare time as an empty nester, she is giving some much needed attention to her garden, and enjoys running a local peer support group for partners of people with Young Onset Parkinsons.

Becky will be based at our Stansted Park clinic assisting Kate with the daily admin tasks and answering any patient enquiries; and is looking forward to meeting and welcoming our patients.

Welcome to the Physio-logical team!
