Physio-logical helped a Cowplain runner achieve his goal of completing the Great South Run

Oct 24, 2019

We love to help local runners in Cowplain, Havant, Denmead, Rowlands Castle, Emsworth, Chichester, Petersfield, Waterlooville, Horndean, Portsmouth, Southsea, Fareham and other local areas achieve their running goals.

Well done for completing the Great South Run!

We are really pleased that following a thorough assessment and treatment of your neck and shoulders plus all of your training that you achieved your running goal.

Treatment included hands on joint mobilisations, relaxation of muscles using massage, soft tissue release, acupuncture to relax the muscles around the neck and shoulders. Alongside the hands on treatment exercises to strengthen muscles and stretch out the muscles too.

“My neck and shoulders stayed relaxed so truly, thank you!”

Well done for raising money for Hounds for Heroes too!
