Covid Update – from 19 July 2021
With the latest news from the Government and the ease of restrictions due to start from 19th July 2021, we wanted to update you on how this will affect your visit to our clinics within Stansted Park and Rowlands Castle.
As we are a healthcare facility and operate a close contact service we will continue to follow the guidelines set out by Public Health England and our governing bodies, the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy), SST (Society of Sports Therapists) and ISRM (The Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage). All our Therapists will continue to wear full PPE (face mask, gloves and apron), sanitiser will still be available to use as you enter and leave the premises and additional cleaning will continue between appointments.
We would politely ask our patients to continue to wear a face covering, unless you are exempt, when you attend your appointment.
For all new patients a Covid screening questionnaire will still need to be completed before their first appointment.
We ask that if you have symptoms of Coronavirus that you do not attend your appointment and follow the latest guidance for testing, tracing and isolation.
Virtual appointments are still available through our online service and if you have any concerns regarding your appointment we can change it to a virtual appointment instead.
We’d like to thank all our patients for their continued support and understanding with the additional safety measures we have had to implement to help protect the community and staff through the pandemic.
And whilst our restrictions remain in place for the time-being, let’s remember to celebrate this milestone and hope that better times are now ahead of us!
