How We Use AI at Physio-logical

We use artificial intelligence (AI) in the following areas to enhance our services:
  1. Automated Appointment Scheduling
    • AI-powered tools help manage appointment bookings efficiently, ensuring availability and reminders for patients.
  2. Rehabilitation Programmes
    • We may use AI-driven software to tailor personalised rehabilitation plans based on movement analysis and patient feedback.
  3. AI Chat Support
    • Our website may use an AI chatbot to assist with basic queries, appointment booking, and physiotherapy FAQs.
  4. Clinical Data Analysis
    • AI tools assist in reviewing anonymised patient trends to improve treatment recommendations and enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
We DO NOT use AI to make final clinical decisions—our physiotherapists always review and approve any AI-generated recommendations.

To ensure security, safety, and theft prevention, we have CCTV cameras installed in the reception area of our clinic.
