A Fond Farewell & A Warm Welcome
Firstly, we’d like to wish Verity all the best as she moves on to further her career in the NHS. We’re incredibly grateful for all she has contributed and know she’ll continue to do amazing work.
At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome two new expert practitioners to our team:
Meet James Morris – Clinical Specialist, Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist
James has over 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal therapy, working across private practice and professional sports, including a significant role at Portsmouth Football Club. He specialises in injury treatment, prevention, arthritis care, and postural and occupational pain management.
With a hands-on and tailored approach, James ensures that patients receive personalised care suited to their lifestyle and goals, whether that’s maintaining independence, improving mobility, or staying active in later life.
Meet Antonia Smith – Physiotherapist
Antonia holds a Distinction in MSc Physiotherapy from the University of Portsmouth and a First-Class Honours in Sport & Exercise Science. She has additional qualifications in Personal Training, Sports Massage, Pilates, and Pre & Post Natal Exercise.
With a background in dance and movement, Antonia brings a unique perspective to rehabilitation, helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and stay active for longer. She is passionate about helping people of all ages regain confidence in their movement and live an active, pain-free life.
