Natalie March
Clinical Director & Chartered Physiotherapist

Natalie is the owner of Physio-logical. She qualified in 2003 at Brunel University, London and worked in the health service in Basingstoke Hospital for many years treating a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. She has also worked with local rugby clubs, hockey and football players. She was a physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympics.
She has corporate experience working within Vodafone HQ and is also trained in Manipulation and Acupuncture for pain relief. Her specialist areas of expertise are sports rehabilitation and treating musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain, general muscle strains and sporting injuries.
She prides herself in helping people to achieve high levels of fitness needed for their sporting and working lives.
Natalie enjoys scuba diving, running, netball, cycling and spending time with her family in her spare time.
James Morris

James graduated with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester in 2011. With over 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy, he has worked across both private practice and professional sports.
His career includes a significant role with Portsmouth Football Club, where he initially served as an academy therapist and later returned as the Head of Medicine.
Jamesā diverse experience, spanning private practice and various sports levels from amateur to professional, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of effective injury treatment and prevention.
His expertise allows him to provide tailored care in arthritis management, joint pain relief, postural care, and injury rehabilitation. Whether youāre recovering from an injury, managing everyday aches and stiffness, or simply want to move with more confidence, James provides gentle, tailored treatments to help you stay independent and enjoy life to the fullest.
Outside of his professional life, James enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid cyclist, having completed several long-distance endurance rides in recent years.
Samuel Melia

Sam is a Physiotherapisthe graduated with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Chichester.
With a background in personal training and a strong foundation in exercise-based rehabilitation, Sam takes a well-rounded, patient-centred approach to musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy.
His clinical experience spans both public and private healthcare settings, including time spent on a stroke ward, in orthopaedics, and in pulmonary rehabilitation.
He has also worked in professional sport as a physiotherapist with Leyton Orient Football Club, gaining valuable experience in injury management and return-to-play protocols.
Poppy Grossett

Poppy completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Chichester. She is also qualified in Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy. She holds a First- Class Honours degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University.
With hands- on experience working across the NHS and private settings, she has supported patients in rehabilitation wards, community settings and outpatient MSK clinics. Her growing passion lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she enjoys helping individuals recover from injury, improve their movement, and return to activities they love.
Outside of work, Poppy enjoys staying active through hiking, gym training, and outdoor adventures. She also loves exploring new coffee shops, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
Josie Blagbrough

Josie qualified with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2021 and also has a degree in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Leeds. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and has a qualification in sports massage.
She has a range of experience working across a variety of different specialities during her role as a rotational physiotherapist within the NHS. Following this, she realised her true passion was musculoskeletal physiotherapy and treating patients with sporting injuries to help them return to full function.
She prides herself on keeping up to date with clinical developments so that her assessment and treatment methods are evidence-based. Her focus is to take a holistic approach to the clientās condition and fully support them throughout the rehabilitation journey to achieve their personal goals.
In her spare time, Josie enjoys spending time at the beach, running, countryside walks, paddle boarding, drinking coffee and trying different restaurants in the local area.
Kate Lawton

Kate qualified in Sports and Remedial Massage in 2009, after studying at the London School of Sports Massage. She is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. She originally studied Sports and Exercise Science at The University of Exeter achieving a BSc Honours degree in 2007. After spending some time travelling she decided to pursue a career in sports massage.
Kateās treatments include deep tissue, sports and remedial massage, and pre and post event massage. Using a variety of techniques including soft tissue release and muscle energy technique the treatments can aid recovery, help ease muscular aches, alleviate headaches, promote healing, improve performance and training to help you achieve your goals.Kate treats a variety of people, young, old, sporty and non sporty individuals. Kate is a friendly and enthusiastic person who enjoys her work and the new challenges everyday brings.
Jo Francis

Jo comes from a customer focused background with experience in the health industry. She genuinely enjoys helping people feel comfortable, supported and well looked after. Jo loves roles that blend organisation with real human connection and she always aims to bring a calm, positive energy into everything she does. Outside of work, Jo is big on Pilates, beach walks and a regular cold dip. She also enjoys finding new sauna and wellness spots to explore with friends. Jo believes in regular wellbeing sessions, small habits that keep us feeling fit, healthy and balanced both mentally and physically
