We’re excited to announce Poppy will be joining the clinical team on 29^th July 2025.

Poppy holds a First- Class Honours degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University and is currently completing an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Chichester. She is also qualified in Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy.

With hands- on experience working across the NHS and private settings, she has supported patients in rehabilitation wards, community settings and outpatient MSK clinics. Her growing passion lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she enjoys helping individuals recover from injury, improve their movement, and return to activities they love. 

Outside of work, Poppy enjoys staying active through hiking, gym training, and outdoor adventures. She also loves exploring new coffee shops, travelling, and spending time with friends and family
