Booking Cancellation

If you’re no longer able to attend your booked session, you can request a cancellation using the cancellation form.

Please include the time of your booking so we can locate it quickly and update our system.

Once submitted, a member of our team will process your request and release the slot. You will receive confirmation once this has been completed.
