Physio clinic aims to raise £1000 for British Heart Foundation
Pedalling for a Purpose! Natalie and James Take on the London to Brighton Bike Ride
We are so excited to share some wonderful news from the Physio-logical team!
This June, our very own Natalie and James are swapping the treatment room for their bikes and taking on the iconic BHF London to Brighton Bike Ride on 21st June 2026. They are riding together as team Physio-logical Pedallars in aid of the British Heart Foundation, and we could not be more proud of them both.
Why the British Heart Foundation?
The BHF has done the most incredible work over the years, helping to halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease here in the UK. But sadly, every single day people are still losing their lives, and the research never stops. Every pound raised helps scientists find new treatments, discover new cures, and ultimately keep more families together.
As a physiotherapy team, heart health is something that is very close to what we do every day. Supporting the BHF just feels right for us.
Can you help?
Natalie and James have already had some lovely donations coming in, but they would be so grateful for your support to help them hit their target. Even a small amount makes a real difference. Just £24 can fund two hours of research by an early career scientist, but honestly, every single pound helps.
You can donate here on their JustGiving page
If you are able to donate, share their page, or simply cheer them on, thank you so much. We will be sharing updates on their training journey and the big day itself, so keep an eye on our page!
Go on Natalie and James, the whole Physio-logical team is behind you!
