Sports Therapist – Hannah Meaden
Hannah qualified as a Sports Therapist from the University of Chichester with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and is also a member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST).
During her 3 years at Chichester Uni Hannah has gained experience working in the onsite clinic at her university where she diagnosed and treated a wide range of aches, pains and injuries.
Since graduating Hannah has gained experience in providing pitch side support and emergency first aid for Chichester University and continues to work as lead sports therapist at Horndean FC for practice sessions and match days.
Her passion for recovery after injury came at an early age during school when she dislocated her knee during a dance class. Having gone through recovery sessions herself this set her mind on a future career path.
Hannah has always enjoyed sports, including swimming which led her to also qualify as a lifeguard and swim teacher.
She looks forward to providing new clients high quality treatment, rehabilitation, and advice to aid their recovery. Helping them working to achieve their desired level of function and fitness whilst getting them back to what they enjoy in everyday life pain free.
