Exercises to reduce the risk of injury this Christmas

Our last blog covered top tips to reduce the risk of getting or increasing flare ups to your neck or lower back this Christmas.

Today we will be sharing some exercises to keep you strong and stretched out over the Christmas period.

These exercises can help back pain and sacroiliac (pelvis) joint pain, please be aware of your body and take advice from your GP before exercising if you have any aches or pains, or send us an email (enquiries@physio-logical.net) for advice and guidance.

If you have any injuries, aches or pains over the Christmas Period we are running a reduced service at our clinics, and appointments can be booked online via our website 24/7.
