I have had a career in the self-care industry for the last 15 years. Working in this type of environment, where you provided people with a sense of well-being, has brought me so much joy.

Not only have I enjoyed witnessing the positive physical impacts I have provided for others. I have enjoyed the social interaction too. Meeting all sorts of different and interesting people with a different story to tell.

I pride myself on always trying to help others, with a smile on my face and an ear to listen.

In my spare time, I love to go exploring the beautiful countryside with my husband and two children and finding our way back to a coffee shop for a cuppa and a well earned slice of cake.
