Physio-logical’s 2025 Highlights: A Year of Achievements & Festive Cheer – Merry Christmas!

Dec 8, 2025

Wishing all of our Physio-logical patients a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

A heartfelt thank you for your trust and support throughout 2025. It has been another full and purposeful year at the clinic. As always, this time of year gives us a chance to pause, reflect, and appreciate how far we’ve come and how we can continue to grow and support our community even better in the year ahead.

Our Team

This year we celebrated one important milestones:

  • Kate L reached her 11 year anniversary with us.

We were also delighted to welcome new colleagues who have settled in brilliantly: James, Poppy, Sam and Gemma

‘We’ve got a brilliant team of people in our Stansted Park Clinic, Rowlands Castle, and it has been such a great year both for the business and for our patients. It’s hard to believe we’ve now been in our premises for four and a half years. The move has allowed us to grow, innovate, and reach more people including expanding our falls prevention work, offering active for life classes, knee osteoarthritis class plus back pain workshop. We are continuing to grow our membership option and our shockwave service too. Our mission remains the same: to help people live long, adventurous, active and fulfilling lives.’
— Natalie March, Founder & Physiotherapist

This year also marked 17 years in business, a milestone we’re incredibly proud of.

At Physio-logical, we continue to take the time to listen, to care, and to provide hands on treatment supported by bespoke, tailored rehabilitation programmes from our Stansted Park clinic.

New Services and Developments

Wellness Membership

Our Wellness Membership has continued to support more people this year. It offers an easy way to invest in your long-term health through regular appointments and ongoing support. Monthly direct debit makes it simple to stay on track, pre-booking ensures you secure the times you prefer, and the focus is firmly on staying strong, active and pain-free.

One of our members summed it up perfectly:

‘We MOT our cars, but we should really take care of our bodies too. Regular preventative physiotherapy has helped me stay active and fulfilled.’
— Myles

82 year old patient with Natalie March clinical director outside Physio-logical building

If you know of anyone who would benefit from our wellness membership then please do let them know about our bespoke service.

Falls Prevention Workshops and Service

Falls prevention has been a big area of growth for us this year. The workshops and talks initiated by Josie have been very well received:

“The information helped me think more about my balance, posture and alignment.”

“I feel confident to stay healthy, strong and aware of my body.”

We will be hosting our next Falls Prevention Workshop in the Community at Bere Grove Care Home, Horndean on Thursday 8th January 2026, with booking available now – there will be a £10 charge to cover admin costs.

Our dedicated Falls Prevention Service continues to support patients through comprehensive mobility, strength, balance and functional assessments, followed by personalised exercise plans.

Shockwave Therapy

Our shockwave therapy service remains extremely popular, particularly for tendon-related pain such as Achilles tendinopathy, rotator cuff issues, plantar fasciitis, patellar tendinopathy and gluteal tendinopathy. We are also achieving strong outcomes for knee and thumb osteoarthritis when combining shockwave with targeted exercise.

Our investment in Physitrack, our home exercise programme system, has continued to enhance the clarity and quality of the rehabilitation plans we provide.

Environmental Support

This year we changed the location of our annual to be closer to our clinic, we did a litter pick in Rowlands Castle in September, a lovely community event that we look forward to continuing in future years.

Community Award from the Mayor of Winchester

I was honoured to receive a Community Award from the Mayor of Winchester in recognition of the work we’ve been doing here at Physio-logical and in our wider community.

Over the years, this has included:

  • Organising and taking part in charity fundraising challenges
  • Supporting the community through lockdown with engaging online activities
  • Delivering free Falls Prevention Workshops to help older adults stay active and independent
  • Raising over £8,500 for local charities including Rowans Hospice and Sage House Tangmere

It was truly a heart-warming evening, hearing about so many individuals who are making a positive difference locally. I feel incredibly grateful to have been nominated and recognised among them.

A big thank you to all of you our patients, supporters, friends and family for being part of this journey.

Thank You to Our Patients

Throughout 2025 we have been proud to support our community:

  • Over 3,700 physiotherapy, shockwave, sports therapy, acupuncture and sports massage appointments
  • More than 360 new patients welcomed to the clinic
  • Community talks delivered on falls prevention, back pain and to local bowls clubs.

We’re looking ahead to 2026 with excitement, new developments, new services and even more opportunities to help people live well.

Christmas Opening Hours

Our Stansted Park clinic will close at 3pm on Wednesday 24th December and reopen at 8am on Monday 29th December 2025.

If you’d like to book an appointment before the festivities begin, you can do so online or by calling the clinic.
