Physio-logical helped a new runner achieve her goal of completing the Great South Run

We love to help local club runners in Havant, Denmead, Rowlands Castle, Emsworth, Chichester, Petersfield, Waterlooville, Horndean, Portsmouth, Southsea, Fareham and other local areas achieve their running goals.

Well done for completing your first 10 mile race, the Great South Run!

We are really pleased that following a thorough assessment and treatment of your calf strain plus all of your training that you achieved your running goal.

Treatment included hands on relaxation of the calf muscle using massage, soft tissue release, and trigger point release. Alongside the hands on treatment exercises to strengthen the calf and surrounding muscles and stretch out the muscles too.
