Facebook LIVE Physio Q&A – 30th April 2020 Homeworkers

May 1, 2020

I am a homeworker with back / neck pain what can I do?

This week’s Facebook Live with Natalie March, Physiotherapist, she shared her experience and knowledge to answer questions relating to the larger population of people currently having to work from home.

Questions answered/topic covered in our Facebook Live were:

1. A triathlete working from home – how do I manage an acute onset of lower back pain?

2. How do I set up my home work station and what can I do to ease my neck pain?

3. Should I do sit ups if I have back pain?

4. Self help neck and back pain exercises

For each of the above topics Natalie answered the viewers questions, demonstrated exercises and shared her physiotherapy expertise.

Please be aware of your body and take advice from a health care professional before exercising or send an email to (enquiries@physio-logical.net) for advice and guidance.
