Do you have an ache, pain or injury? – we have answers for all your physiotherapy related questions in our Facebook Live Sessions.

In our Physio-logical Facebook Live with Natalie March, a physiotherapist who is based in Havant, Horndean, Rowlands Castle near Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Chichester, Denmead and Petersfield in Hampshire the following topics were covered and questions were answered.

I love to share knowledge and give physiotherapy advice to people in need.

Topics covered:

  • Is it normal that my knees make a popping and cracking sound?
  • I have had pain for more than two years in my foot and behind my knee, what should I or should I not do? Is it ok to do things even though it might aggravate it? Should I just stop everything?
  • I have had achilles tendon pain for a long time what can I do?
  • Back, sciatica and hip pain
  • Chronic Pain
  • Knee Pain (patellofemoral pain – pain around knee cap)
  • ITB pain (iliotibial band pain)
  • Elbow pain due to overload with press ups and cycling
  • Carpal Tunnel, I am sleeping with splints what else can I do.
  • Plantarfaciitis

For each of the above topics we answered our viewers questions, demonstrated exercises and shared physiotherapy advice.
