COVID 19 Update – Track and Trace

Sep 25, 2020

COVID 19 update – September 2020

Track and Trace

Thank you for your continued support at Physio-logical.

We are hearing some stories from patients who are unable to access normal hands on NHS MSK and physiotherapy services, due to Covid. So it is great we are able to help lots of new patients and current patients with their back, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pains.

We are seeing patients face to face in our physiotherapy and sports therapy clinics within Stansted House, Rowlands Castle and Horndean Doctors Surgery with full PPE.

We continue with our Covid secure measures.

We are still offering our physiotherapy online service too.

We continue to keep an eye on Public Health England and government updates as well as updates from our professional bodies too.

Latest Covid Update

In addition to the current safety measures we have in place, from 24/09/20 it is now a legal requirement for us to display the NHS Test and Trace QR code in our clinics as part of Test and Trace.

On arrival, please scan the QR code with the NHS COVID-19 app to help us in our efforts to comply with government regulations. We would encourage you to scan the QR code on every visit.

How to download

If you have a smartphone, please download the NHS COVID-19 app, available for both Apple and Android devices, so that you have the app ready on your phone before arrival.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

If you don’t have a smartphone, please ensure we have the most up-to-date contact details for you.

Thank you for your co-operation.

If you or your friends, colleagues or family members are struggling with back, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pains then please do let us help.

To book a consultation please book onlineemail or call 07835 712 306.
